Our Policies
For tax appointments, a valid credit/debit card must be placed on file to secure your appointment. This card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. This is only used to secure the appointment. For training appointments, payment is due at the time of booking to secure the appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
For changes to your appointment, we request 24 hours advance notice to reschedule. Call (305) 307-8322 to reschedule your appointment. In the event your appointment is not rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours advance notice, your card on file will be charged $50.
UNFILED TAX RETURN POLICY
All tax returns that have not been filed in prior tax years MUST be paid in full prior to filing with the IRS.
TAX PREPARATION PAYMENT POLICY
If you expect a refund, you have the option to pay your tax preparation fee out of your refund, given you have called the Treasury Offset Line to ensure you are clear of any other debt to outside government agencies.
If you have a balance with the IRS, will owe taxes this year and/or have outside debts owed to other government agencies, all payment for tax preparation fess MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE MODEL ACCOUNTANT FILING YOUR RETURN. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.
FEE FOR TAX SERVICES RENDERED
If we have started, completed, and sent your return for your review and you decide not to file or file elsewhere, your card on file will be charged $150 for a “Fee for Tax Services Rendered”
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We offer the option to pay your tax preparation fee out of your refund. See tax preparation payment policy (above). We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express.
