APPOINTMENTS

Schedule your appointment at least 5 days in advance to avoid last-minute rush fees.

DEPOSIT

All services require a non-refundable $75 deposit to confirm your appointment. If you miss your appointment without a 24 hour advance notice, you will forfeit your deposit and not be able to rebook in the future.

LATE ARRIVALS

All appointments are virtual and held via Zoom. There is a 15 minute grace period. We will wait in the Zoom room for 15 minutes. After that time, you are considered a “no show” & your deposit is forfeited.

CANCELLATION

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations after 24 hours will result in a forfeited deposit; however you will be able to schedule your appointment again.

Please upload your tax documents during your welcome call. Not uploading all of your docs will result in delayed processing.

We do NOT accept spreadsheets and boxes of receipts to account for your expenses. Please ONLY use the appropriate Expense Organizer to log expenses.

If you have prior year returns that need to be filed, you MUST pay for the filing of these years in advance. Complete the “Contact Form” and select Tax Resolution Services.

Please ensure that all IDs are current and up to date to ensure the timely completion of your return.

 

FAQs

Q  Do you charge for consultations?
A  Yes! There is a fee of $100 for a 30-minute consultation. Any fee paid for consultations or deposits for appointments will be used toward future services.

Q  What is your policy for refunds?
A  We do not offer refunds once services are rendered and complete. In the event that we have started, completed and sent your return for your review and you decide not to file or file elsewhere, your card on file will be charged $175 for “Fee for Tax Services Rendered.”

Q  Do you offer a Pay By Refund option?
A  Yes! If you are receiving a refund with no Treasury Offset or IRS/State Tax Balance, you can request “Pay by Refund” where your prep fees are paid through your refund.

Q What are the payment options if I don’t qualify for Pay By Refund?
A  If you have an IRS/State Tax Balance, will owe taxes or owe outside government agencies, we accept Visa/MC/AMEX/Discover/, and Apple Pay.
